Human Hydration uses the information you provide to create and protect your account and to provide hydration tracking features. Your hydration logs and profile details are associated with your account so the app can display your plan and progress.
Optional Apple Health data is read on your device to provide routine insights. Human Hydration does not send Apple Health data to its AI services.
We do not sell personal information. You can request account deletion from support at support@thehumanapp.com. We retain account information only as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
